One of my big tasks at the end of 2013 and the start of 2014 was to implement a redesign of our account management page as part of a project we called Wallstreet. Working with a Tina, a designer at Fog Creek, I implemented a Knockout.js page for updating your FogBugz and Kiln account.
The new design is very responsive and provides immediate feedback for users on the features they have purchased, can purchase and pricing.
As part of Wallstreet I was also responsible for retrofitting code into both FogBugz and Kiln to switch features on and off. This allowed us to provide lower pricing for customers that don't require those features. Along the way, I threw in a few hints to help our customers find features they could add to improve their experience.
