In 2000 I was a co-author for the IDG's book entitled Active Server Pages Developer Guide.

ASP Developer Guide is an introduction to Active Server Pages. This book uses both VBScript and JavaScript in a highly example driven format to teach basic concepts and techniques as well as demonstrate how larger sites are built with ASP and IIS.
