In 2009 I created a Ruby on Rails application to replace the Microsoft Access application I had created earlier. This rails application used the standard server template-based HTML generation model on top of a MySQL database. Simple forms were provided to enter information:

The application suffered from performance problems and was later replaced by a new version.
